FAQ’s

  • Membership gets you priority booking up to four weeks in advance, access to member pricing with the best per class rate, guest passes each month, and invites to members-only events and challenges. Most importantly, membership keeps you connected to the Workroom community and accountable to your goals. We want every member to feel like they are part of something — not just working out, but building strength that lasts.

  • All memberships have a three month minimum commitment and automatically continue month to month after that. After your three months are complete, you can cancel directly in the Workroom app under My Memberships. Just be sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.

  • You can cancel or switch your class up to 10 hours before start time with no penalty. If you cancel within 10 hours, there is a fifteen dollar late cancel fee. If you do not show up, there is a twenty dollar no show fee. We want you to keep your class credit because we actually care about you hitting your fitness goals. These small fees simply help keep classes full and make sure every reformer gets used. If something unexpected comes up, message us in the app before class and we will do our best to help.

  • We run classes Monday through Saturday with both morning and evening options.

    Weekday mornings start early with classes from 5:30 AM through 9:30 AM, and evenings kick back up after work with sessions that run through 7:30 PM. Saturdays include a full morning lineup to start the weekend strong.

  • Members can book classes up to four weeks in advance. Non members and class pack holders can book up to two weeks in advance. This gives members first access to popular class times before they open to everyone else.n

  • If you are on a four class or eight class per month membership, your credits renew each month based on your personal start date. Classes reset every month and do not roll over, so we encourage you to book ahead and use your sessions before your next renewal.
