A local pilates studio right next to Urban Matcha and Philz? Yes please.

We’ve been part of the Castro Valley community for a long time, so we’re thrilled to share that construction on our new studio at 3329 Castro Valley Blvd starts next month.

We’ll be releasing Castro Valley membership details soon, and we expect the first round to sell out, so get on the waitlist to hear about them first.

Here’s what we can tell you now: your membership will work at both Castro Valley and San Leandro, you’ll get the strength focused Pilates workout we’ve become known for, and you’ll pay a fairer price than the franchise studios around town.

P.S. Don’t want to wait until our Castro Valley launch? Come train with us in San Leandro now. Your membership will work at Castro Valley once we open.
