ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN

Show up ready to clock in. The door locks five minutes after class starts and no late entries are allowed once the workout begins. You won’t lose your class credit and can use your app to reschedule.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. Our waitlists move a lot and spots open more often than you’d think.

The waitlist runs in order until 10 hours before class. If a spot opens during that time, the next person in line is automatically added to the class.

Inside 10 hours before class, the waitlist becomes first come first serve. A message goes out to everyone on the list and the first person to claim the spot gets it.

Spots often open the night before and the day of class, so keep an eye on your notifications if you’re hoping to get in.

Your credit is only used once you are officially added to the class. Once you are in, the normal cancellation and no show policies apply.

WAITLIST POLICY

If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. Spots open up more often than you’d think, even right before class starts.

When a spot opens, the first person on the waitlist will receive a text message inviting them to claim the spot. You will have 15 minutes to reply and confirm before the system moves on to the next person in line.

This process continues all the way up until class time, so keep an eye on your phone if you are hoping to get in last minute. Texts are only sent between 5:30 AM and 10 PM to keep things respectful.

Your credit is never used until you are officially added to the class. Once you are in, normal cancellation and no show policies apply.

BOOKING WINDOWS

Members get first pick. You can book up to 5 weeks in advance. Non members and class pack holders can book up to 3 weeks out.

FILMING AND PHOTOS

We are all for capturing your hard work. Just check with the front desk before filming and make sure your neighbors are comfortable being in the shot. And of course, tag us when you post.

MEMBERSHIP CYCLES AND CANCELLATION

Your membership renews based on your personal start date. Classes reset every month and do not roll over.

All memberships have a three month minimum commitment and automatically continue month to month after that.

After your three month commitment is complete, you can cancel directly in the Workroom app under My Memberships. Just make sure to cancel at least seven days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
